Let’s explore the tiny treasures hidden inside gemstones! These words describe what we might find.

  • Clarity – How clear or see-through a gemstone is.
  • Imperfections – Small flaws or marks that aren’t perfect.
  • Trapped – Stuck inside something and can’t get out.
  • Gas bubbles – Tiny pockets of air caught inside a gem.
  • Rutilated quartz – A gem with needle-like bits inside that shine like a star.
  • Starburst – A sparkly pattern that looks like a star exploding.
  • Fossilized – Turned into a hard, stone-like material over a long time.
  • Tree sap – Sticky liquid from trees that can turn into amber.
